End-to-End Workforce Solutions for Lead Systems Integrator

  FedEx Project Overview

FedEx expanded its Memphis World Hub with the 1.3 million-square-foot “Secondary 25” Sorting Facility—a flagship logistics center with 11 miles of conveyor belts and world-class automation. To execute such a massive and time-sensitive project, the lead systems integrator needed a workforce partner capable of providing multidisciplinary labor across several phases.

The complexity of the facility demanded a diverse labor force, from warehouse management and engineering support to quality assurance and safety personnel. Our customer, the lead systems integrator, needed a scalable partner who could not only source specialized talent but also ensure team cohesion, compliance, and rapid onboarding.

The Solution
